Last weekend, we had our first BBQ potluck of the season on the back deck to celebrate the warm weather and Springtime. As night fell, there were few lights to keep the party going so we continued to chat by candle light. Everyone brought amazing food. We had my mom's famous cabbage salad, sweet potato enchiladas, veggie kebabs, grilled asparagus, coconut battered grilled fruit, homemade brownies, and a jug of Carlo Rossi Rhine Wine. It was a good time for all! Yay for potlucks, BBQ's, and summer time!
Katy grills up some delicious pineapple, apples, and bananas..then Nick delights the ladies with the platter of yummy stuff!
